Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Non-IT)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay Rate: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 yearly

Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex construction projects while also providing oversight and guidance to project management staff. This role goes beyond standard project management responsibilities by driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute all core project management duties across planning, execution, and delivery
• Lead and oversee project management teams, providing direction and support
• Identify opportunities for pre-fabrication and collaborate with Field Operations and Preconstruction teams to implement efficiencies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth
• Manage and negotiate financial aspects of projects, including change orders
• Handle larger, more complex projects with increased scope, risk, and stakeholder involvement
• Directly manage up to 3 team members, ensuring performance and development

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Plexxis and/or Procore project management software is preferred
