Job summary

Placed in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) or an Associate PM (APM) who has delivered ground-up multifamily projects upwards of $30M. This role emphasizes mentorship, long-term growth, and a strong team culture within a well-established, employee-owned firm.

With established client relationships and in-house capabilities from preconstruction to general contracting, the successful candidate will lead diverse projects and help drive quality and efficiency across teams,
