Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, client communication, and overall project execution to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget results.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and 5+ years of experience managing ground-up or tenant-improvement projects, with strong leadership, scheduling, and cost-control

• Tenant improvement experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and building systems.
