Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex construction projects from planning through completion in the Denver area.

The role requires a proven record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while guiding cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant industry experience will be considered.
  • 10+ years of progressive construction industry experience with significant PM responsibility.
  • Experience delivering large-scale commercial/industrial/mission-critical projects over $100M.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to project teams throughout the lifecycle.
  • Ensure PM processes, standards, and best practices are followed.
  • Review contracts and ensure compliance with client requirements, budgets, and schedules.
  • Identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
  • Foster collaboration among team members, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and deliverables.
  • Oversee procurement and long-lead material impacts.
  • Lead subcontractor/vendor management, including contract execution.
  • Drive project safety initiatives and regulatory adherence.
