Job summary

HF Sinclair seeks a Project Manager in Dallas, TX to support the delivery of capital projects across pipelines and facilities. The role reports to a Senior Project Manager within the Strategic Growth Project Organization and manages projects through planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with approved scope, budget, schedule, and company standards.

The position involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in capital projects, engineering, or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Tracks project costs and inputs on forecasts, variances, and financial performance.
• Coordinates contract engineering and construction activities for pipelines and facilities.
• Ensures compliance with PMO policies, standards, and safety programs.
• Communicates project status, risks, and performance metrics to leadership.
