Job summary

HF Sinclair in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects across pipelines and facilities. You will report to a Senior Project Manager within the Strategic Growth Project Organization and manage projects through planning, engineering, and delivery in line with scope, budget, schedule and company standards.

The role requires 8–12 years in capital projects with pipelines/terminals, and the ability to coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of progressive experience in capital projects, engineering, or construction management.
• Experience delivering pipelines, terminals or related infrastructure from scope to commissioning.
• Experience managing scope, cost tracking, scheduling and risk coordination.
• Experience with multi-million-dollar capital projects in regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating with engineering contractors, construction firms and third-parties.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned scopes/projects to ensure delivery within approved budget and schedule.
• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, cost forecasts and engineering deliverables.
• Tracks project costs and provides input on forecasts and variances.
• Coordinates contract engineering and construction activities for pipeline and facility projects.
• Ensures compliance with PMO policies, standards, and safety programs.
• Supports change management processes and incident investigations.
• Coordinates RFQs, bid evaluations, and contract execution.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and adherence to engineering standards.
• Collaborates with operations, procurement and engineering teams to execute projects.
