Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital and expense pipeline and facility projects from conception to completion across multiple sites in the U.S. This role requires coordination with engineering, procurement and operations to ensure safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of ten years in petrochemical, midstream or refining and at least five years in project management, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years in petrochemical, midstream or refining industries.
• Five years in a project management related role is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.

Responsibilities

• Define projects with business managers and SMEs, determine scope and risks.
• Prepare project charters and AFE estimates for funding and approval.
• Lead cross-functional teams from conception to completion.
• Coordinate designs, procurement, and vendor qualifications.
• Monitor cost, schedule, quality, and safety; adjust as needed.
• Provide updates to management and host regular project reviews.
