HF Sinclair is looking for a Project Manager in Dallas, TX to support the delivery of capital projects across pipelines and facilities. The role reports to a Senior Project Manager within the Strategic Growth Project Organization and is responsible for managing assigned projects through planning, engineering, execution, and delivery in alignment with approved scope, budget, schedule, and company standards.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or engineering related field, is required. Significant experience in project and construction management & execution will be considered.
Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills. Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and engineering-related applications. Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, schedule, and operational data. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Supervise contract design/engineers and or construction crews on project-by-project basis. Provides leadership and coaching and develops other less senior engineers and/or technical engineering staff.
Office and field based with up to 5% travel by land and air required. Petroleum refinery, warehouse/plant environment, and out-of-doors environment based including but not limited to chemicals, pressure vessels, tanks, rotating equipment, and working in confined spaces. Subject to all temperatures, varying weathers and road conditions.
