The role reports to a Senior Project Manager within the Strategic Growth Project Organization and oversees planning, engineering, and delivery in line with scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, and coordination with engineering contractors and third-party providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field is required.
• Progressive experience in capital projects, engineering, or construction management.
• Experience delivering capital projects from scoping through construction and commissioning.
• Exposure to multi-million-dollar projects with accountability for key deliverables.
• Experience working in regulated environments with relevant codes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manages scopes/projects to deliver within budget and schedule.
• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, and engineering deliverables.
• Tracks costs, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Coordinates contract engineering and construction activities for pipeline and facility projects.
• Ensures compliance with PMO policies and safety programs.
• Supports MOC processes and incident investigations.
• Coordinates RFQs, bid evaluations, and contract execution.
