Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience within mechanical construction, HVAC, piping, plumbing, or related trades
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction methods, and project delivery processes
  • Ability to read, interpret, and manage construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and change management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management or estimating software
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • PMP certification, OSHA 30, or LEED accreditation preferred but not required

An established and rapidly growing mechanical construction organization is seeking a Project Manager to oversee HVAC and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
