Job summary

The Daily Wire is seeking a Project Manager in Marketing to lead integrated campaigns and creative projects from intake through final delivery. You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Editorial, Production, and other teams to define scope, timelines, and success criteria, balancing competing priorities.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing operations or project management, with agency experience preferred and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, account management, project management.
• Agency project management experience strongly preferred.
• Background in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management software and related workflow tools.
• Interest in or familiarity with the political/editorial news landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns and creative projects from kickoff through final delivery, defining scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Editorial, Production, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage the concepting, development, production, and delivery of marketing campaigns and creative assets across digital and social channels.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans while balancing competing priorities, team capacity, and deadlines.
• Identify project risks, roadblocks, and changing requirements early, proactively adjusting plans and driving timely resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, freelancers, vendors, and agency partners while maintaining alignment on scope, timing, budget, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project kickoffs, planning meetings, and creative reviews; prepare agendas, document action items, and communicate decisions and next steps.
• Manage project intake and daily workflows, using dashboards, status reports, and AI-assisted tools to monitor progress, forecast timelines, and support prioritization decisions.
• Route creative assets through required reviews and approvals, maintain quality and brand standards, prepare a daily hot sheet, and organize files for easy access and reuse.

Experience & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, account management, project management, or a comparable role.
• Agency project management experience strongly preferred.
• Background in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Demonstrated success meeting deadlines and keeping cross-functional projects on schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate information clearly, concisely, and accurately under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Experience using project management software and related workflow tools.
• Interest in or familiarity with the political and editorial news landscape is a plus.
