Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations, account management, or project management.
• Agency project management experience preferred.
• Background in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns and creative projects from kickoff through final delivery, defining scope, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Editorial, Production, and other teams.
• Manage concepting, development, production, and delivery of marketing campaigns and assets across digital and social channels.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Identify risks and changing requirements early, adjust plans, and drive timely resolutions.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, freelancers, vendors, and agency partners to align scope, timing, budget, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project kickoffs, planning meetings, and creative reviews; prepare agendas and document actions.
• Manage project intake and daily workflows with dashboards, status reports, and AI-assisted tools for progress and prioritization.
• Route assets through reviews, maintain quality and brand standards, and organize files for reuse.
