Windward Communities in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Project Manager to oversee full-cycle lot preparation and new manufactured home installations. You will manage scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control, coordinating with sales and third-party contractors to deliver market-ready homes on time.

The role requires at least two years in project management, knowledge of residential construction, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years of project management experience.
• Experience in residential new home construction or related construction preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage new home installations from site preparation through Certificate of Occupancy.
• Apply project management best practices to multiple concurrent projects across communities.
• Coordinate general contractors and vendors to meet schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Update project status, milestones and timelines in Salesforce.
• Monitor job sites for safety compliance and policy adherence.
• Perform quality inspections and punch list management prior to turnover.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencies in construction and capital processes.
• Oversee bids, cost analysis, and final turnover of projects.
• Provide general contractor services for small construction projects as needed.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
