Job summary

Windward Communities is seeking a Project Manager in Farmington Hills, MI, to oversee the full-cycle installation of new manufactured homes. You will manage site plans, coordinate contractors, track schedules, and ensure quality from site preparation to occupancy.

The role requires strong organizational skills, at least 2 years of PM experience, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Salesforce, Outlook, and mobile tools are used to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; PM certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience with budgets and timelines.
• Residential construction experience preferred; manufactured housing experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to meet goals and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage new home installations from site prep to Certificate of Occupancy.
• Coordinate general contractors and vendors to meet schedule, budget and quality.
• Communicate project status, milestones and timelines in Salesforce.
• Monitor safety and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets across multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline processes.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
