Job summary

Windward Communities in Farmington Hills, MI seeks a Project Manager to oversee lot preparation and the installation of new manufactured homes. You will manage all project phases, budgets, change orders, and schedules, coordinating third-party contractors to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.

You will communicate status in Salesforce, monitor safety and compliance, and drive cost-saving improvements while supporting occupancy and revenue goals. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional construction or PM certifications preferred.
• Minimum of two years of project management experience handling concurrent projects, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full installation lifecycle from site prep to Certificate of Occupancy.
• Coordinate general contractors and vendors to meet safety, budget and quality targets.
• Provide project updates and timelines in Salesforce.
• Monitor site conditions for safety and compliance.
• Assist with cost reductions and process improvements.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
