Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager - Move, Add, Change (MAC) to support workplace transformation, office reconfigurations, employee relocations, churn management, and capital improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage multiple MAC projects in dynamic and occupied environments.

The role requires on-site presence at our client’s campus in Cincinnati three to four days a week, coordinating with Facilities, IT, Security, and vendors to meet timelines and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in workplace, facilities, or related fields.
• Experience managing MAC programs, office relocations, or workspace transformations.

Responsibilities

• Manage MAC projects including employee relocations, workspace reconfigurations, furniture installations, and office restacks.
• Track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks to minimize business disruption.
• Ensure governance, processes, and systems are applied across projects.
• Coordinate interfaces between facilities, IT, security, furniture, and vendors.
• Produce status reports, move schedules, occupancy reports, and risk logs.
• Forecast milestones, budgets, occupancy plans, and resource needs.
• Coordinate space planning and workplace changes with occupancy strategies.
• Lead move planning, execution, furniture deployment, and post-move support.]
• Support change management and effectively communicate workplace changes to stakeholders.
