Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager - Move, Add, Change (MAC) to support workplace transformation, office relocations, churn management, and capital improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage multiple MAC projects in dynamic, occupied environments on-site at our client’s campus in Dearborn, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in workplace, facilities, MAC, or occupancy projects.
• Experience managing MAC programs and office relocations.

Responsibilities

• Manage MAC projects including relocations, workspace reconfigurations, furniture installations, restacks, and workplace enhancements.
• Coordinate stakeholders across clients, facilities teams, architects, engineers, IT, vendors, and contractors.
• Track schedules, milestones, dependencies; minimize business disruptions.
• Ensure governance, processes, and systems are applied across projects.
• Produce status reports, move schedules, occupancy reports, risk logs, and executive updates.
• Monitor multiple MAC projects to align with standards and occupancy plans.
• Coordinate interfaces between facilities, technology, security, and vendors.
