MPI, located in Chicago, IL, seeks a Project Manager to own retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communications, coordinating with superintendents, ownership groups, and design teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget and aligned with brand standards.
The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years in retail/construction, strong budgeting, contract administration, and excellent communication.
