Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end residential architecture projects in Austin, TX. You will guide projects from concept through construction, oversee schedules and budgets, and ensure a seamless client experience.

Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and builders while maintaining rigorous quality and communication. A proactive, detail-oriented leader is essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 6+ years of project management experience in residential architecture or custom home design.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of design development, construction documentation, materials, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple custom residential projects from concept through construction completion.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall project plans.
  • Serve as primary client contact, ensuring a positive experience throughout the lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project and client meetings, keeping everyone aligned and progressing.
  • Monitor progress, identify challenges early, and implement solutions to stay on track.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, communication, and service across all phases.

My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys collaborating with talented architects, designers, consultants, and builders to guide projects from initial concept through construction. What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage multiple custom residential projects from concept through construction completion
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall project plans

What We're Looking For
