Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a Senior Architect, Interior Architect, or architecture-focused Interior Designer to lead luxury hospitality projects. This role emphasizes client relationships, strong project management, and leadership potential within a collaborative, design-forward firm.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience in architecture or interior design, luxury hospitality credentials, and Revit proficiency. Licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in architecture, interior architecture, or architecture-focused interior design.
• Luxury hospitality experience is required.
• Strong architectural/interior architecture background beyond FF&E and space planning.
• Proficiency in Revit and solid understanding of project delivery and coordination.
• Excellent client-facing communication, organization, interpersonal and project management skills; licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and coordination of luxury hospitality projects to keep teams, schedules, and deliverables on track.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the project.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Apply understanding of luxury interior architecture to decisions, client conversations, and direction.
• Represent the firm and leadership while contributing to long-term client relationships and business growth.
