Job description

This is a rare opportunity to join a design-forward architecture practice that is experiencing steady, considered growth and working on some genuinely exciting commercial and hospitality projects across the US.

The studio is known for its thoughtful, restrained design approach, with influences rooted in traditional and European design sensibilities, paired with strong contemporary delivery. Projects range from hospitality and boutique hotels through to commercial and mixed-use work, with a clear emphasis on quality, craft, and longevity. You'll be part of a collaborative, tight-knit team where designers are trusted, given real responsibility, and exposed to clients, consultants, and all stages of the design process. It's a place where people are hired for the long term, supported in their growth, and encouraged to develop into well-rounded architects.

If you're looking for a studio that values design integrity, culture, and long-term growth, rather than churn or short-term fixes, this is a role worth exploring.
