Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join a collaborative design team focused on luxury hospitality and occasional retail projects. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, managing schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced design-driven environment.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, monitor scopes and risks, and ensure quality documentation and construction administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience within interior design, architecture, hospitality, or professional services environments.
  • Proven experience managing projects through all phases from concept development through construction administration.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects through all phases, from project initiation through construction administration and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, workplans, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal design teams to ensure aligned project execution.
  • Monitor project scope, identify risks, and proactively resolve scheduling, budgetary, and operational challenges.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, fee tracking, billing projections, and budget oversight.
  • Support FF&E budgeting, procurement planning, and project cost management.
  • Facilitate project communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders on schedules, deliverables, and project status.
  • Review project documentation, drawings, consultant packages, and construction documents to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Oversee construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and additional service requests.
  • Coordinate site visits, mock-ups, inspections, and project progress reviews throughout construction.
  • Issue site reports, punch lists, and project documentation to support successful project delivery.

  • Proficiency with project scheduling and management software; experience with design platforms such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced design environment.
