Job summary

We Search People in Dallas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship, strict budgets, and tight schedules.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver bespoke homes valued at several million, with a strong bonus program and long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing luxury construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience managing project budgets, buyouts, bids, forecasting, and cost control.
• The ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring every home is delivered to the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Work closely with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to create exceptional homes while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.
• Lead project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with meticulous attention to detail.
