Job summary

gpac, a well-established luxury custom home builder in the Dallas area, is seeking an experienced Custom Home Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects up to $10M. This in-office role collaborates with ownership, architects, designers and clients to ensure exceptional quality, on-time delivery and rigorous budget control.

Responsibilities include managing full project lifecycle through closeout, budgets and schedules, subcontractor bidding and procurement, and coordinating field

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in residential construction.
  • Experience managing custom or luxury homes ($2M-$10M+) preferred.
  • Strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
  • Ability to work closely with clients, architects, and trade partners.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar) is a plus.

Custom Home Project Manager

A well-established luxury custom home builder in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This role will focus on managing high-end custom residential projects up to $10M, working closely with ownership, architects, designers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

This is an in-office Project Manager position that plays a key role in coordinating preconstruction and construction operations while supporting field teams throughout the build process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle for luxury custom homes from preconstruction through closeout
  • Work closely with owners, architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients throughout the project
  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and job cost tracking
  • Oversee subcontractor bidding, contract negotiations, and procurement
  • Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Manage change orders, selections, allowances, and client communication
