The Royal Caribbean Group’s Global Supply Chain Team has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Project Manager, Logistics, reporting to the Manager, Logistics. This position is based on-site in Weston, Florida.

Position Summary

At RCG, the Logistics Project Manager proactively coordinates and facilitates new ship startups, dry docks, and owner-supply deliveries, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget. The role involves leading the Logistics Project Team to deliver results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop logistical plans for dry dock, new build, and special projects, including timelines and consolidation points for owner supplies.
  • Serve as the Supply Chain point of contact on the pier for executing loading plans for owner supplies, tools, and materials onboard.
  • Track and report the progress of loading plans, identify and mitigate risks, escalate and resolve issues, secure approvals for changes, and document them.
  • Lead planning meetings with the shipyard, marine operations, and Supply Chain to ensure logistical coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and third-party logistics providers, to meet goals and resolve conflicts.
  • Oversee receipt and release of owner supplies at new build warehouses onsite.
  • Develop work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflows through written and verbal instructions.
  • Standardize procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and implement reverse logistics strategies, coordinating the disposition of owner supplies with operations.
  • Lead and mentor logistics and supply chain staff, guiding them on complex projects and assignments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, including export documentation and global transportation (ocean, truck, air).
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically for extended periods.
  • Expertise in US Department of Transportation, IMO, Import/Export, and Customs Regulations.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team productivity.
