Location: US-Remote

Role: Solution Design Engineer

Solution Design Engineers support proposal preparation for new business, renewals, and re-engineering operations for current customers.

1. Provide engineering support for proposals, renewals, and re-engineering activities to support business growth and retention. Support may include data analysis, operational concepts, layout design, process identification, engineering models, and customer proposals.
2. Continuously develop engineering skills for designing distribution center operations.
3. Collaborate with Business Developers and Program Managers to schedule, prepare, and submit proposals and renewals promptly.
4. Support other operational improvements as needed.
5. Incorporate green initiatives into proposals when appropriate, aligning with employee support of local communities.
