Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of logistics employees across one or more locations.
• Conduct weekly Inventory CPE (Cycle Physical Examination).
• Accurately perform shipping and receiving tasks for orders.
• Maintain and update the computerized database to track the real-time status and disbursement of equipment.
• Actively partner with asset management teams and other departments to achieve shared objectives.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive weekly management reports.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize the distribution process for employee assets and internal supplies.
• Address and resolve shipping complaints, including investigating lost or damaged items.
• Monitor warehouse capacity, proactively identifying and communicating any potential deficiencies to management.
• Manage activities throughout the entire order fulfillment and transportation cycle to consistently meet established deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
