TMEIC Corporation Americas is seeking a project management professional to coordinate cross-functional and parent company resources for complex projects with 6–12 month cycles.

The role requires serving as the primary client contact, driving risk assessment and budget adherence, and delivering timely project performance updates. Expect travel up to 25% and collaboration across multiple teams to improve sales and execution processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ project management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience managing client, supplier, and internal contacts.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customer contractual commitments per terms and conditions are met
• Recommend and implement risk assessment and abatement plan to meet project budgets and targets
• Serve as initial point of contact for clients on assigned projects
• Identify, resolve and communicate resolution on client issues, referring appropriately to technical resources and escalating to management as needed
• Collect, analyze, and report business unit data to management
• Provide timely updates on project performance, integration of corporate business project processes, market trends, project status, and customer relationship issues to business unit, company, and parent company management
• Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to business unit for improvements on sales management and project execution processes
• Produce and maintain records of project communications, contract variations, projects, and business activities per corporate guidelines
