Job summary

MPI is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive large ground-up developments across multifamily, healthcare, and higher education sectors in the Northeast. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, manage schedules and budgets, and maintain client relationships to ensure delivery of high-profile projects.

You will lead internal teams, coordinate with owners, consultants, and trade partners, and address risks related to cost, schedule, and quality while upholding safety and company

Qualifications

  • Proven success leading large ground-up construction projects.
  • Experience managing multifamily, healthcare, and/or higher education developments.
  • Wood-frame construction experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong tenure with reputable general contractors or construction management firms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage budgets, and execute complex builds.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
