Job summary

MES is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through closeout, working with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.

Responsibilities include leading all PM phases, coordinating resources, tracking budgets and risks, serving as the primary client contact, and preparing reports for leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or General Business.
  • 5+ years of project management and utility experience.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
