About the Role

Bohler’s Philadelphia office is looking for a Project Manager who excels in collaboration, accountability, and meeting high standards of excellence. In this leadership role, you will oversee complex land development projects throughout the Philadelphia Metro, guiding them from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include balancing design quality, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lead internal teams, and ensure that each project's success aligns with Bohler's standards.

*We are looking for an individual to sit in the Philadelphia office who also has South Jersey experience & network.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development
• Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software
• PE license preferred.
