gpac is seeking a mid-level civil engineer (EIT preferred) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager capacity in Longmont, Colorado. The role leads projects, mentors staff, and acts as a trusted partner to clients.

Qualifications

  • Lead and manage land development projects from concept through completion.

  • Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and project scopes.
  • Coordinate across internal disciplines (civil, surveying, planning, environmental, etc.).
