The ideal candidate has a PE license, a civil engineering degree, AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency, and a track record of managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer (Civil) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with grading, drainage, and site utility design.
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with land development and subdivision design.
• Familiarity with municipal and state-level submittal requirements.
• Strong written communication skills for client-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and stamp civil engineering plans including grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout.
• Interpret project specifications, engineering drawings, and survey data.
• Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and clients throughout the permitting process.
• Perform engineering calculations and conduct quality control reviews on deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers during project execution.
• Participate in post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians as needed.
