Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead land development projects from entitlements through construction support. You will collaborate with clients, mentor engineers, and drive project success within a collaborative, ESOP-driven environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, business development, and building strong client relationships while guiding teams through design and permitting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 10+ years of civil engineering design experience, preferably within land development.
• 3+ years in a project leadership role, serving as a central design resource and mentor.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects from entitlements through construction support.
• Strong client relationships and ability to work effectively with public agencies.
• Interest and experience in business development and identifying new project opportunities.
