Job summary

Leidos is looking to hire a Project Manager Mid in Camp Butler, Japan to support the SMIT program. The qualified candidate will plan, direct, and coordinate team activities to manage and implement project and interrelated projects from initiation to final operational stage.

Primary responsibilities include leading the project team, identifying resources, planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, as well as managing subcontractors and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, Business or related field.
• US citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Security+ and Project+ certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
• Identify and assemble the appropriate blend of resources to meet project needs.
• Manage sub-contractors and plan, schedule, monitor, and report activities.
• Develop project control procedures and manage changes to the operating plan.
• Establish metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
