Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Project Manager with interior construction experience to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for successful project execution. You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management while upholding quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include risk analysis, forecasting, scheduling, RFI/submittal management, and change order approval.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication with clients, management, team members, and subcontractors.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency in ProCore and estimating software is preferred.

• Prepare schedules and ensure schedules are adhered to.

• Prepare job meeting agendas.
• Approve pay applications and invoices from subcontractors.

• Approve Owner and subcontractor change requests and change orders.
• Provide prompt responses to all team members.
• Maintain quality control throughout project.
• Determine time of Punch List walk-throughs.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed on job site.
• Negotiate Subcontractor buyout opportunities.
• Bid new projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficient in ProCore, and other Estimating software preferred


• Required: Commercial construction "interior experience" Base salary plus Vehicle Allowance, Gas Card, 401 K match, Profit Sharing and Health Insurance.
