Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects for a Knoxville, TN‑based general contractor. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Base pay range

$114,000.00/yr - $123,000.00/yr

Description
  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Review plans and specifications, resolving issues to avoid delays.
  • Monitor job site progress and enforce safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
