Job description

Location: Virginia Beach up to 60% Travel.

Package: $130,000 to $150,000 + Additional Benefits.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for Capital Projects across the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications and drawings with Sales and Engineering to ascertain scope of work and develop a plan for the method of construction. Develop an estimate for installation costs including site labor, supervision, and field support.
• Manage all project stakeholders with respect to the progress of the projects.
• Ensure manpower, material handling, safety, site purchasing, and rentals are coordinated.
• Monitor and control all costs of the assigned project(s).
• Prepare project schedules, status reports, and manpower reports with respect to site conditions, equipment deliveries, site progress, and other action items.
• Ensure mandatory pre-job site meetings with site supervisor and the client with respect to hazard assessment and protection of customer property.
