Job summary

Fireseeds, a Braselton, GA-based construction firm, is seeking a Project Manager (Refrigeration) to oversee national retail refrigeration construction projects from scope through closeout.

You will manage 5-7 projects across the U.S., serve as the primary client contact, coordinate subcontractors and field teams, and ensure on-schedule, on-budget, and safe delivery. Travel ~2 days/week to job sites.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with supermarket/wholesale environments.
• Proven ability to manage $5M+ annual project portfolios.
• Strong coordination across subcontractors and field teams.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).

This individual will manage projects from initial scope and bid through execution and closeout, serving as the primary client contact while coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and field operations.
