Job Description

Position Summary:

1. The Product Management Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for facilitation, oversight, and project management of all phases and tasks for assigned projects. The PM is responsible for identifying and maintaining the overall project plan, proactively monitoring critical path, resources, schedule, and risks.
2. The PM manages cross-functional project resources (including vendors and contractors) against requirements and timelines while meeting the project objectives and cost targets to ensure successful project execution.
3. The PM sets clear expectations for the team, facilitates productive team meetings, establishes roles and responsibilities, and manages satisfaction relative to deliverables. The PM will assist the team in identifying validation requirements related to all Tech Transfer activities.
4. The PM manages final implementation and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
5. The PM facilitates communication of expectations, status, risks, and issues, resolving any gaps. The PM coordinates and communicates with business partners and executive management to ensure the alignment of plan objectives and to mitigate risks. The PM is responsible for preparing actionable updates for discussion and decision-making by the project sponsors.
6. The PM acts as a lead and subject matter expert regarding project management techniques for the assigned projects. The PM provides direction, mentoring, and coaching to other team members.

Qualifications

Experience in Technology Transfer and medical devices is required.
