Job summary

AdventHealth in Maitland, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration. You will manage costs, timelines, and risk while communicating clearly with stakeholders across the organization.

You will mentor staff in project management methods, contribute to standardization efforts, and develop business models aligned with the organization’s roadmaps. A PMP and 4+ years in PM are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant project management experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs and schedules, alerting stakeholders to deviations.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address roadblocks and milestones.
• Maintain documentation and status of project timelines for stakeholders.

Job Description

Manages project costs and schedules, alerting stakeholders to deviations and potential impacts. Facilitates cross-functional meetings to address roadblocks and ensure timely completion of milestones. Interacts effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels to implement change. Maintains accurate documentation and status of project timelines, keeping stakeholders informed. Prioritizes and manages multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships. Conducts observations, develops actionable plans, and implements solutions to identified problems. Proactively identifies potential project risks and takes steps to mitigate them. Handles change management concerns and addresses issues that may interfere with projects. Works independently leading projects of high impact or complexity. Mentors and develops team members in project management tools and methodologies. Provides leadership direction for the organizational development of project management standards. Develops business models that support the organization's short and long-term roadmaps. Other duties as assigned.
