AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL is hiring a System Program Manager for project controls in healthcare design and construction. You will lead cross-functional teams, standardize processes, and ensure governance with strong financial reporting.

The role requires deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, master planning, and program launches across business units. You will operate in a matrix environment to drive efficiency and deliver value for capital projects and operating budgets.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of local Department of Health Administration regulations, JCAHO / DNV standards, and other applicable codes.
• Expert knowledge of design and construction industry practices and healthcare implications.
• Understanding of architectural practices including master planning, feasibility studies, medical planning, and construction docs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare space and programs in acute and non-acute settings.
• Excellent PM, financial analysis, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to read construction documents, Revit, CAD drawings, and related docs.
• Strong oral, written, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and BlueBeam.
• Ability to make decisions under stress and build productive teams.
• Experience launching programs and complex strategies across business units.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on planning, training, implementation and maintenance of project management tools for capital budgets.
• Contribute to standardization and enforce AdventHealth Way tech solutions for construction delivery.
• Demonstrate data organization and timely delivery of project deliverables for customers.
• Work with CoE Business Analyst to track value analysis and benchmarking.
