Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to join our National Industrial team in Minneapolis, MN or Austin, TX. This role requires 6+ years of proven project management experience in a design-build environment and oversight of projects in the $1–$75 million range.

You will collaborate with owners, field teams, and subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and lead progress meetings to ensure successful project delivery. Travel 35–40% is required.

• 6+ years of proven project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing projects in the $1–$75 million range.
• Knowledge of MS Project and project management tools.
• Willing to travel 35–40%.

• Working with project schedules, cost projections, contracts, project status reports & more.
• Lead construction progress meetings.

• Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.
• Work directly with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors and various internal teams for support.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management
• 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living and multi-family experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage commercial projects in the $1 - $75 million range.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors and owner/clients.
• Able to travel 35-40% to project sites

Compensation:

The annual salary range is $105,000 - 120,000. The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
