Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to join our Dallas, TX office.

Responsibilities

• Work with project schedules, cost projections, contracts, project status reports and more.
• Lead construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, schedules and bid documents.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and status reports.
• Work directly with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors and internal teams for support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
• 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry, including industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living and multi‑family.
• Proven ability to manage commercial projects in the $1–$75million range.
• Solid understanding of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Textura, Procore, Building Connected, and Bluebeam.
• Thorough knowledge of sitework design, building components, systems, estimating, cost control and material pricing.
• Minimum of six months’ experience in estimating/preconstruction and fieldwork.
• Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors and owner/clients.
• Ability to travel for projects if needed.
