Regal Rexnord Corp in Arlington, Texas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

This onsite role reports to the Manager, Project Management and collaborates with sales, engineering, production, supply chain, and field service teams. Occasional travel to other locations is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management for electrical power generation, manufacturing, contracting and/or distribution in North America.
• Bachelor's degree required; Electrical Engineering degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PMP designation is an asset.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical power distribution with hands-on exposure to at least one: low/medium voltage switchgear, switchboards, power distribution units, ATS; EPOD knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Ensure project execution aligns with contractual requirements and internal guidelines.
• Oversee project financials including invoicing, cost tracking, expenses, and cash flow.
• Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, production, supply chain, warehouse and trade compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices.
