Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple engineering projects in Arlington, TX, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, production, supply chain, and compliance teams, and own financials from invoicing to cash flow.

You will work five days onsite and travel 10–20% as needed, reporting to the Manager of Project Management. A PE/PM senior background and ERP experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience in electrical power distribution, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with ownership of scope, cost, and schedules.
• 3–5 years of electrical power distribution experience with hands-on exposure to switchgear or related products.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Ensure project execution aligns with contractual requirements and internal guidelines.
• Oversee project financials including invoicing, cost tracking, expenses, and cash flow.
• Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, production, supply chain, and trade compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices.
