Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple electrical power generation projects onsite in Arlington, TX, collaborating with operations and field service teams.

The role requires 3+ years PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering preferred), and familiarity with SAP, MS Project, and MS Office. PMP is a plus; travel to other locations occasionally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in electrical power generation or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree required; Electrical Engineering preferred; PMP is a plus.
• Experience with power distribution products and related equipment.
• Experience managing scope, cost, schedules, and vendors.
• Proficiency with ERP SAP, MS Project, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget and contractual requirements.
• Oversee project financials including invoicing, costs, and cash flow.
• Drive formal project acceptance and contract close-out.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, supply chain, and compliance.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Support continuous improvement and project management best practices.
