Heartland Technology Group is seeking a Project Manager II to provide direction, coordination, and execution of enterprise projects. You will gather requirements, plan activities, and maintain accountability for tasks while working with PMO and senior leadership to align with company goals.

The role emphasizes leading multiple work streams, maintaining cost baselines, and reporting progress. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential for success in a dynamic IT environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Business or PM field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with customers, fellow team members and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Manage projects from concept through implementation, including scope, milestones, deliverables, tasks, and resources.
• Coordinate with PMO Director, Sales, Engineers, and leadership to execute overall project plan.
• Lead multiple projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within scope.
