HEARTLAND BUSINESS SYSTEMS LLC is seeking a Project Manager II to direct projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You will gather requirements, plan activities, and drive teams to meet deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, risk management, and delivering projects that meet business needs while working with PMO and leadership teams. This role emphasizes accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a project manager, project lead, or equivalent.
• Experience eliciting project requirements, project planning, and managing stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with customers, fellow team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain an outcome focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through implementation and deliverables.
• Coordinate requirements, plans, milestones, and tasks across teams.
• Lead multiple projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with PMO Director, Sales, Engineers, and leaders to execute the project plan.
• Manage project teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
