Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Project Manager II to plan, coordinate, and deliver capital projects that support natural gas infrastructure and storage operations. This role oversees projects through the full lifecycle, emphasizing safety, on-time delivery, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of project management experience in utility, construction, or infrastructure settings, with a background in civil/mechanical engineering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience managing utility capital projects.
  • PMP certification preferred, but not required.
  • Strong project planning, stakeholder management, budgeting, scheduling, and construction management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects through the full lifecycle: scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, engineering coordination, contractor oversight, and project execution.

Job description
